Stella did it again! Her second collection for Gap Kids
debuts in Gap stores in New York City and online
at www.gap.com on March 30th...tomorrow!
I'm going to try to scoop some pieces for my girls,
and, seriously contemplating trying to squeeze myself
into an child's extra large.
{That embroidered denim shirt is calling my name.}

  1. I wonder how long until it hits the Gaps in Maine? I know a little girl that would love that white eyelet dress!

  5. what a fun read! have I been on Mars lately that i didn't know she was doing kids gap??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?! Some of my very favorite clothes I have are when she was designing for ChloƩ...Its strange how her eponymous line is so different than what she did for that house. She really stuck with their history and with her own line, she really goes out on the edge and does what she wants.

  7. I resisted her first collection, even though the bandleader coat haunted me for weeks.

    But I'm a sucker for a pretty summer dress, and I would love to see those shoes on my daughter.

    As for trying to squeeze me into any of those wonderful creations, sometimes it does not pay to be 5'9".

  27. Great post layout... starting from the 1960's all the way down to present. I love it! I also love how they Beatles were called a vocal group and not a rock band. Haha. But man, I love them so much and I love Stella.
