Treasure Trove at Trowbridge

Over the long Holiday weekend,
I was able to sneak off for a bit, to peruse the web
in search of fun and unique art and photography.
We are at the end of a very long home renovation,
a project that has now spanned two years time.
It feels great to finally be getting
to the accessories and artwork stage!
An amazing source for beautiful images and art is
Trowbridge.
As the number one supplier of traditional antique
and reproduction prints,
its easy to get lost on the Trowbridge site
for hours at a time!
I think these limited edition Grace Kelly illustrations
would be perfect for a dressing room.

This modern twist on a botanical series
would really look great almost anywhere.

For my husband's home office, I love the idea
of using something like this....
or this?
But, ultimately, it is his decision!
{cough  cough}
Moving along...
With so many fun and creative choices,
you can easily see,
how easy it is to get lost in time at Trowbridge!

I am very partial to the botanicals. I went into the sciences because I literally was in awe of the aesthetic world that most people don't even know exist through the lense of a microscope or an x-ray beam...

Trowbridge has always been one of my favorite art sources. I love everything they do and we have sold many pieces of theirs over the years. They frame everything so beautifully and they feel almost "one of a kind".

What a treasure of source...going to spend some time there tonight when everyone is sleeping! The Grace Kelly drawings remind of what I did in my daughter's room with the costume renderings...very feminine! The boats are fabulous...cross your fingers your husband goes that route! Renovating a home does take time, but I think a house should evolve!

Oh thanks so much for sharing! I desperately need some new artwork for my apartment. I still have an old Kandinsky hanging above my bed that I've had since college. Which is at least 15 years old and I'm sick of it!

Love the GK illustrations!
