  4. as broad as it sounds, summer has inspired me a lot, like deck chairs, straw (?) structures, blue and gold, brass, and very summery spaces (like where i am from)

  5. I love the colours in your hallway. I have been reading allot of Arizona magazines these days, getting ready for the big move and looking for inspiration on doing up a proper hacienda. I will miss my modern cream theme, but really looking forward to having colour and bright whites around.

    I am always inspited by nature and its color combinations, and of course by great design around me!
    I love birds, have been watching them for years and I am so thrilled they became such big design element, as sculptures, prints, on pillows and china....

  20. Love everything about your back hall. My sister would love your owl. I got her the best black umbrella with a carved owl handle a couple of years ago. Total splurge but that's o.k. to do here and there and she loves it! Your bathroom wallpaper is really great. Love it all!

    Lately I've been inspired by my new Cynthia Vincent for Target wedges. Weird, I know. They are so gorgeous; I just keep trying to create different looks to pair them with!! :)

    There was a wonderful hallway done by Steponkus Designs Phillip Jeffries' Voyage Collection wallpaper. It has really inspired me for our powder room.

  61. Ooooh! good question I think color always inspires me. I love playing with color. I also love your friendly owl. He is just the right amount of whimsy that I love. You are a monogram girl also,I see!!I do love a pretty monogram. All my towels are monogrammed. Did you ever hear what Reese Witherspoon said about monograms. It's a southern thing I don't know if we think people are going to steal our stuff or what!! Of course that was done in her cute little accent. I cracked up!!
