That, Not This

My obsession with spiked jewelry continues.
For instance, THIS:

 Pave Pyramid Bangle
$300.00 @ noirjewelry.com

But, my love for bargain hunting continues as well!
Take a look at THAT:

Pave Pyramid Stretch Bracelet
$48.00 @ AnnTaylor.com

For $252.00 less, Ann Taylor's new designs
have really "spiked" my interest!

I am in love with my silver spike bracelet I won from Carrie @ This Free Bird! It was an awesome giveaway and the bracelet just has a bit of an edge which makes me feel less Mom-like! xo

I like the look- I don't ever wear bracelets- feels cumbersome to me- like I can't funtion-
a ring- sometimes earrings but only pearls or diamond studs- I love looking at jewlery though.

You know I love a good bargain too! The second I saw the first bracelet I thought, doesn't Ann Taylor have one like it? What a great find! And just so you know if you spend $150 or more at Ann Taylor you can get 25% off your purchase with the code: SAVINGS25, now through 9/6!

Café Bellini said...

I actually prefer the second one... isn't it great when you actually like the cheaper one better? Doesn't happen very often but yeah haha

Design Esquire said...

Ha! Ann Taylor is really getting better. Much better on trend. I love that bracelet!!

I didn't know that about you, Sue. If you go to amidlifeofprivilege.blogspot.com she discusses pearls at length. In another post she highlights pearl studs with spikes. I liked them until I realized what there were. They would look really good on you. Check it out. Ann

I´m not a fashion girl but I´m learing a lot dropping by here at your lovely place!
Yesterdays post was amazing! Loved the female touch in all of the pictures! Isn´t it great when you finally come to realize what your style really is!?
I´ve been struggling with my various taste for some time now, but I´m making progress. New doors have opened and I think I might just break through very soon.

Love them both, but you gotta love how Ann Taylor has stepped it up a notch. I rode by the big Talbots store here in Augusta and happened to glance in the windows and let me tell you - HUGE difference. Nice to see these labels dusting themselves off and moving forward!
