Summer Style Secrets: Blue Hydrangea

That's right...I'm hanging onto Summer for a few more weeks,

fortunately, the weather here in the North East
is agreeing with me!

Sue, thanks for letting me stop by today to share some of
my favorite summer must haves.

First, since not all your readers know me, I thought I would include a picture of myself and Butterball at the beach. OK...that's not Butterball.  Or me.  A girl can dream, right?

Now onto the list...I never go out in the sun without my Neutrogena sunscreen. It's the best. I don't feel sticky and greasy.

A good cover up is very important. This was on my wish list, but I think it may be sold out.  I love that it gives you enough coverage that you can go to the grocery store without over exposing yourself, but the cap sleeves will keep you cool when its 100 degrees. I live 2 minutes from the pool and less than 10 minutes from the beach.  Bathing suits are an everyday item.  I don't like to spend a ton on them because they take a beating...(Unless I find a suit that makes me look like the girl in the 1st photo, then I'll pay any price!) This is my current favorite suit I got from Target. Don't you love Target?

Cute shoes are a must!

And, so is a light, clean nail polish.  My summer favorite for years has been Ballet Slippers by Essie.

I need a new beach bag. I love Scout bags.  My old one is on its last leg.  I'm considering this fun blue/white pattern.  It is so my colors.

What would summer be without a cold cocktail?  Mojitos anyone?  Or maybe just a cold beer.  Anyone who wants to join me just holler!  I love summer!
