The other day I was going through some file drawers, when I came across some old and very dog eared issues of Vogue Living. I had forgotten how much I had enjoyed this chic supplement, so I clicked on over to Vogue Living Australia in order to see some more stylish spaces. Those lucky Aussies...this lovely publication is still very much alive over there. It was during this virtual pop in, that I came upon the beautiful London abode of Neisha Crosland, a fabulous wallpaper and textile designer, and a long time favorite of mine. Ms. Crosland's work can be quite bold, so I was a bit surprised by the restrained use of prints and color in her home. However, the quiet subdued rooms are really special and quite lovely nonetheless.

Oh my gosh - gorgeousness this early morning!!! I love all the mirrors and that bathroom! I've always wanted to do a photo wall that didn't look cluttered but artistic, like this one!

ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous home. I think all the whites and neutrals have a peaceful, calming effect. I miss Vogue Living too. And Domino. And House and Garden...
ReplyDeleteLove that picture wall!
ReplyDeleteAh gorgeous! There is actually an awesome design scene in Australia. The architecture that's going on there blows U.S. architecture away. We've even thought about moving for it!
ReplyDeleteSo funny - was just looking at an old Vogue Living yesterday and thinking the same thing. Yes, Vogue Living Australia is fabulous, as is Neisha Crosland's fabulous home!! LOVE the bathroom. I have a scarf of hers from years ago that I still adore!!
ReplyDeletePerhaps after being surrounded by so much pattern and color all day for the job, the more neutral home is preferred. I am quite smitten with that bathroom, fabulous!
ReplyDeleteWhoa! That bathroom has me dreaming! I totally forgot about Vogue Living. Thanks for this!
ReplyDeleteWhat fantastic inspiration - I've not read this magazine for a while so I must do so soon!
