Shooting Stars

My house is star studded (as captured recently with instagram).  It's not like we intentionally set out to have stars in all shapes, forms and sizes in our home, these were just accumulated over time.  It seems like a lot when grouped together here, but in real life it's really quite subtle.  My love for this shape even extends right into jewelry and clothing as well! Do you have any running themes or motifs in your home or wardrobe?  If so, please share!

  1. I love stars too. We have a little star hanging over our son's bed and then out stars all over his ceiling! I also have an amazing star long necklace from F21 of all places!

  15. I love the monrovian star and I have already decided that my next year Christmas decor will be around stars. In my own home and wardrobe it is definitely yipes stripes. I say I have never met a stripe I did not like, especially blue and white or black and white, If you looked in my closet you would see what I mean! Kathysue

  16. I wish I could say I had something such as star-studded as you do. I would perhaps love to start a collection of clover shaped objects. I was born on St. Patrick's day so I would be true to my birth-rock! (shamrock)

  17. That's so fun!!! I actually love circles....and if you look around, you'll see them in the art, the light fixtures, the fabrics. Subtle, like your stars, but a nod to something I'm naturally atracted to.
