Last year I promised myself that I wouldn't wait until the last minute to start thinking about our outdoor spaces..and here we are in early March and I haven't done one thing! So, this past week, I headed over to
Jan Showers' delightful website in order to garner some inspiration and some motivation. While our patio and pool area are not as grand
as these, I already see some truly great ideas that I can pull from here. For starters, just the thought of using more traditional indoor pieces, like lamps and mirrors, already has me scheming for spring!
Oh my! That pool area is DIVINE, Sue!
ReplyDeleteAll absolutely gorgeous pictures but that second reflection one is stunning!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day!

ReplyDeleteJan Showers is my all time favorite designer. Ok...maybe it's because she lives in Dallas. Actually, it's because from the first moment I saw her work, I've been trying to copy little bits. That's where I got the idea to do the antelope stair runner. She has one in her office.
ReplyDeleteThese outdoor spaces have me dreaming of the day we get the load of dirt outside crafted into a pretty garden. I have always loved her intimate courtyard space.
