Book Review: Haute Couture Ateliers

This is the first day of Paris Fashion Week. With all the frothy Spring and Summer haute couture looks heading down the French runways this week, today is the perfect time to review Haute Couture Ateliers: The Artisans of Fashion. This beautifully illustrated book offers an insider's look behind the scenes and showcases the skilled artisans that painstakingly bring to life the creations from the world's top couture houses. From feathers to lace, origami pleats, sequins, ribbons beads and beyond, I had the best time exploring this rarefied world inside the pages of this delightful new book.

*I received a free copy of this book from the publisher, but this did not influence my opinion here.
