So warm and enveloping - I love the idea of this. Go for it!!!! xoxo e
ReplyDeleteit is so nice, we had it in our bedroom in our old house. It really added so much.
ReplyDeleteI agree! I think grasscloth is so under estimated/used. It can add so much warmth and texture to a room without taking up an ounce of space - such a great trick! M.
ReplyDeleteI love all of these images! Especially the floors in the first photo and the loveseat in the last.
ReplyDeletevery pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI love how they warm up the rooms even in the most neutral hues. So pretty and simple!
ReplyDeleteI love the look of grasscloth. I use to have it in my entry and in my family room. Funny how what goes around comes around again!!! I think I need to catch up, I might be behind the cusp!!
ReplyDeleteSue I posted about my order from your on-line store today. Thanks for your quick and easy service!! Looking forward to my new napkins,

I have an awesome grasscloth in my dressing room. Its a basket weave and it looks kinda like the last picture you posted... anyway, its off the room with the black walls, and it looks hot together.
ReplyDeleteI also did a navy blue grasscloth in my MIL's place... gorgeous.
I have always loved grasscloth and glad to see it is coming back...along with other wallpapers. Just found your blog and love it.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely use grasscloth...simple and elegant!!
ReplyDeleteI have raffia wallpaper on the walls of my bedroom. I think several of your images have it.
ReplyDeleteYour intuition is right... it really adds so much to the space. I say you should go for it!!! It's pretty expensive but like I said, you get a big bang for the buck, and if you buy the best, you only cry once!!!!
Merry Christmas,
Terri

OMG I love grasspaper! We just hung it in our downstairs bathroom and talk about transformation! I am so hooked on it and now want to hang it in our staircase. I've only just found your lovely blog and will add you to my blog roll!
ReplyDeleteWhat goes round, comes round, but I never thought it went out. The other great thing is that you can paint it if you get tired of it,and it doesn't show nail holes or push pin marks. I agree, the wainscoting breaks it up beautifully.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Liz

ReplyDeleteI love grasscloth...in a former house I didn't have the budget so I did the next best thing...grasscloth 'wallpaper' - it looked like the real thing without the cost! I loved it in my dining room on one wall to cover hideous 70's paneling and painted the other 3 walls a gorgeous peach - curtains were blue and white checks...miss that room! :))
