Great news! I've received an email alerting me that I've won several million British pounds in the U.K lottery! Actually, lucky me...I've received several of these emails. How this should happen, as I haven't traveled to the U.K since the early nineties is of really no concern to me...I'm just thrilled to have won! And, as I sit here waiting for my millions to be transferred into my account, its seems that the money is practically spending itself. First on my list, hiring the acclaimed design firm of
MR Architecture + Decor, to build me either a Soho loft, or a Tribeca duplex...oh heck, let's just make it both!
Goody - now I don't have to spend my million pounds on a place in NYC! How about a place on Mustique where you can come and visit?

Ps: I am hosting a natural cosmetics GIVEAWAY later today! Hope you’ll join in :)
Ya know, I play the UK lottery all the time and NEVER WIN so it's pretty incredible news! ;) I have to say, however, if you decide to go for the rug in the 2nd pic, beware of the trip hazard. I would forever be on my arse in that room.
ReplyDeleteThis post made me giggle! Aren't those emails funny - who actually buys into them?! Loving your dream spending list, too!
ReplyDeleteI have a guy in Nigeria who wants to wire me hundreds of thousands of Euros!!! How nice. I am currently working on a client's project with David Mann (MR) architect who did the architecture for our client's loft...told my client that the loft we finished 2 years ago (my team did it from demolition to installation...) was too small for a second child . Off they bought the loft next door and MR did a fabulous job (thank God they hired a great architectural firm) incorporating the 2 spaces. My team is doing all creative design work and furniture . MR have been also great clients of our showroom Interieurs.
ReplyDeletehe he he, I am with you, who actually sends those and why would someone respond? oh well, wouldn't it be fun though! Love your photos, today! xxoo

Ha- loved this post and hate those emails- I've been getting tons from random African countries lately. In any event, gorgeous ways to spend your money- that dining room rug is something else and of course, the Mouille makes me nutty- I'd definitely be buying 1 or 20 of those if I won a pot full of money.
ReplyDeleteI have a few thousand of those emails in my in box just from today (just kidding, I have about 11). I´m in total love with the first image. Oh, to have that bedroom would feel like winning the lottery.
ReplyDeleteHey! I got the same email! Maybe we should go in together and buy France. And then totally redecorate the entire country.
