Green and be seen

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  Today seemed only fitting to talk about my new found love for bright green fashion accessories.  I'd happily wear any one of these items all spring and summer long...

Let me set the "scene" for you...it was another freezing, grey awful day here in my neck of the woods, and while bundled up to the "nth degree," I ran into a good friend.  She too was bundled, all in black, but for this one stunning green fabulous cross body Givenchy bag strapped across her.  In the context of that cold frigid day, seeing this bright and beautiful accessory was akin to seeing the first spring crocuses breaking through the wintry landscape. If this sounds a bit dramatic, blame it on my current Vitamin D deficiency.

Needless to say, I fell instantly in love with her micro nightingale Givenchy bag and have been obsessing over bright green accessories to add to my wardrobe (and even a pedicure!) ever since.  I'm especially loving green with gold and green with black and white.
