I was recently able to sit down with a large iced coffee and a stack of some of my favorite shelter magazines and really enjoy some fabulous down time. Now that I'm relatively caught up, I thought I'd share a new favorite of mine from Hamptons Cottages and Gardens. This modern spin on a country colonial, designed by Darci Heather is right up my ally.

The tiled walls in the kitchen are a dream, not to mention the amazing wide plank wood floors. Every time I look at these rooms I find something new to love. Check out the full feature here.
