OMG, I had a pair like the fourth (from the top) when I was about 10 y/o. I would kill to have them now in my current size (and to fit my shins! Anyone else have this problem?).
I really like the 4th pair, of course they are Jimmy Choo ~ probably the most expensive. I have a knack for going into a store and picking out the ONE thing that is not on sale! I am currently, "behaving," when it comes to shopping. Hope you are having a great weekend!! xo
I guess I'm in a non-decisive mood today...they are ALL so great. If I was in a store it would be hard not to hug em all, round them up and stage a mudroom with them all :) Rain, rain, come today...my rockin boots want to come out and play!!!
I fell in love with those Jimmy Choos last year when they were on the back cover of Vogue and I have been thinking about them ever since. Sigh. My goal though is to get Hunter boots this Fall.
Wellies are one of my funniest (according to the hubby, Mr. M) style obsessions -- I just can't get enough of 'em ... I wear them all through the winter here in Denver and I swear people think I'm nuts. The lined ones are SUPER warm, though, and the knee-high height keeps the snow out of my socks much better than any snow boot I've ever worn does. :)
I have a pair of croc hunters and I simply adore them...if only AZ allowed for more wear of them. I keep waiting for the monsoon season to start so I can wear them without looking like a fool. Hunter also makes the best liners. Great selection of wellies my dear.
I just love a rainy day! I'm partial to a very old pair of Marc Jacobs black rain boots...at $25 (on markdown) they are my go-to pair. However, I could definitely be swayed by any of these. Love the croc! xo Elizabeth
Hi my dear, how is it that I always unknowingly zone in on the designer stuff? The Marc Jacobs pair made my do a loving double take.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and I am loving yours too (I think Alternative Wife is our mutual blog buddy?) Glad to have met you and here's to the beginning of a new blog buddy friendship!
OMG I would die to have the black Jimmy Choos! With some skinny jeans...killer. And I live in Vancouver, the rainiest city ever...I NEED those boots :) Nancy
so i LOVE my Hunter Wellies!!! - i have em' in yellow and i LOVE rocken' them out - even when my co-workers make fun of me - it's ALL good! - i saw the Jimmy Choo one's and DIED - LOVE LOVE LOVE to have them - but no way would i pay the $$$ - but would make an awefully nice gift for someone to get me *teehee*
I fell off the rainboot wagon several years ago before anyone even knew what Hunter was...as a result have a heap of them and girl you know it rains 10 days a year in SoCal...but I couldn't help it.
These ones you showcased are fab!!
I'm not entering for the rug only b/c I have a similar one from PB and that's not fair. I'll let some other lucky lady indulge!!
I got a fabulous pair of Stuart Weitzman rainboots last fall -- basically a mix of the Hunter/Jimmy Choos and the Marc Jacobs -- and I totally lived in them!
All of the above please! Though Wellies always pose a bit of a prob in dry LA. They're apt to look fashion desperate in our rare rain/mist. Every time I put them on, it's clear and hot by noon. And there I am standing in line for my afternoon Starbucks looking like I'm wearing a Buzz Light Year costume. As I've said on my blog, only Kate Moss can pull off Hunters with short shorts, and that's in drizzly London. So I'll pray for week long storms. Wearing these babies will be worth the Malibu mudslides.
I scored a pair of knockoff Hunter ones at Urban Outfitters. On sale for $40. It's been crazy weird weather out in LA and I've used them quite a lot. Thanks for stopping by my little bloggy.
