ReplyDeletei would DIE to be able to work with an architect!!!! - i did all my reno's with myself being the GC .. but i also didn't touch the outside structure of the house - just gutted the inside and made it my own - i'm SO happy for u! - good luck!!!!! - i LOVE when people get to live their dreams and have EXACTLY what they want - proud stuff!!!!

The only Michael Smith I know is the interior designer - who knew that there's an amazing architect by the same name! I'm adding his name to my "someday I'll get to renovate" file.

Amazing work displayed here. Off to check out their site. Sometimes I really wish we were building new....but with two little ones....I am not sure if I would go crazy with all of the decisions! Fun to dream though!

Oh wow. I bet that reader was glad she emailed you!! Those pictures are absolutely fantastic. If she hires him I hope we get to see some before and afters. I wonder if she's looking for a tenant. A nanny? A maid.
