This week's Summer Style Secrets are coming from Catherine
of The Shiny Pebble!
Havaianas - the original flip flops, created in Brazil. Every year I buy a couple and they never wear out. So I have a pretty extensive collection. I bought these peacock silver ones this year.
You can find them here

Summer free hair is easily achieved with a short do. Most days in the summer I don't even blow dry my hair… just wash, spray with something silky and go.
Go shop for some cute, inexpensive Summer Dresses at Steinmart or Kohls .
The Shiny Pebble's Summer Lemonade
I had a variation of this drink at the River Café (River Cafe) at Prince's Island Park in Calgary.
Combine: Tbsp of Honey, Juice of half lemon, Sprig of rosemary
Add: Ice, Perrier water (or some other fizzy water), A few raspberries
Drink it with a straw, so you can mix as you go and enjoy the sweet honey first and then drink up the refreshing sparkling water.

I live in dresses, even though people think I'm 12! I did the short hair for locks of love a couple of summers ago and my neck was loving the literal weight of my shoulders and breezy exposure. Again, I looked like I was 12 turned 10. I adore people with short hair and I adore this perfect little list :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the lemonade recipe!:D
ReplyDeleteI agree, it's better to have short hair during the summer.:D Wash and go!:D
