Destination Deborah

Tonight, I'll be attending a cocktail party in honor of Ted Kennedy Watson-well known retailer, life style expert and blogger, on the publication of his elegant book, Style & Simplicity: An A to Z Guide to Living a More Beautiful Life. The event will be taking place at Deborah Needleman's chic home, as seen here today.  I'm trying to play it cool, but seriously, this is the lady that helped launch Domino, that wrote both these books; Domino: The Book of Decorating: A Room-by-Room Guide to Creating a Home That Makes You Happy and The Perfectly Imperfect Home (I own and love both, is there a design blogger that doesn't?) Like many of you, I've followed Ms. Needleman's career from Domino, to the Wall Street Journal and now the New York Times.

Thankfully, I'll be attending tonight's festivities with Elizabeth of Pretty Pink Tulips.  Hopefully, she'll keep me in line and won't let me dork out too much.  Wish me luck!
