House Tour: Stonebrook

Some of you might remember this post that I did on my friend Jen's home last year...I thought it might be fun to re-visit this stunning house, now that it's beautifully furnished (and back on the market!).  The setting and surrounding grounds are so peaceful and scenic, it's hard to believe this property is only an hour outside of New York City.  Sophisticated, country chic perfection...
