This New York City townhouse, originally built in 1850 recently underwent a massive gut renovation. The owners brought in architect Peter Pennoyer and interior designer Shawn Hederson to lovingly restore this amazing home and bring it up to speed with twenty first century living and conveniences. The result is a modern masterpiece with beautiful pre-war details and sensibilities throughout...truly the best of both worlds.
