Playing around on Instagram over the weekend, I came across (and immediately followed)
Francesco Lagnese. If the name sounds familiar, it's because Francesco is a well known, talented photographer with a specialty in interiors. I've blogged about
Francesco Lagnese's beautiful photography before (

here). Of course his amazing Instagrams got me curious about Francesco's actual
site, and what was intended as a quick visit, turned into a full on lengthy stay...but it was a lot more fun than packing for our July 4th trip up to Wellfleet later this week (which of course I still haven't done). Seriously, how did I even manage to procrastinate before the internet?
Francesco is so wonderful. He photographed our house for Southern Living, and when the magazine told me he was the photographer they had chosen I was so thrilled (and nervous) because Tom Scheerer Decorates is essentially my bible. I was so lucky to spend three days with him and watch him work, and he couldn't have been lovelier.
