I bought this cashmere poncho back in May as a last minute impulse purchase before heading into New York for a night out.  I think I've worn it almost every weekend so far, as it's the perfect thing  to throw on when the air in a restaurant or theatre is just too cold.  I'm so glad that the whole poncho / fringe moment is still huge for fall...here's a bit more of what I've been loving lately...

I'm not ready to call it quits on summer quite yet - no, not by a long shot...I"ll be clinging to my favorite season with two hands until the end of September.  But, like most of you, I've been checking out the fall fashion offerings, and planning accordingly with a wear it now and wear it later attitude.
