This stunning coastal Connecticut house recently featured over on Elle Decor, is going straight into my "dream home files". Everything about these fresh, clean and chic spaces makes me so happy. Designer Raquel Garcia, created a home that looks so cozy and yet so airy and fresh at the same time.
